About Project This was the 1st Affordable Housing Project of Bhilwara and first phase had been completed within a period of 2 years only. This project has been announced in the month of March, 2014 and the construction work commenced in the month of April 2014. In the 1st phase 179 houses were announced, all were duplex row houses except 15units of flats (G + 2) in the size starting from 600 sq.ft land area to 1500 sq.ft land area and the built up area varying from 1000 sq.ft. to 2200 sq. ft. .

We are offering options of 2, 3 and 4 BHK with every house having either 1 or 2 balconies. The price bracket at the time of announcement was lower in respect to the present prices. The smallest size of 1396 sq. ft. costing Rs.16.51 lakh going upto 1872 sq.ft costing Rs. 23.11 lakh, which is now Rs.33.80 lakh and 43.52 lakh respectively. In a short span of 6 years the prices have been increased by 100% without affecting the sales.

The construction quality is very high compared to the price 0f the houses. We are using products of the best companies to provide good luxury houses to people. We are using Ivory Coast wood, vitrified tiles and all sanitary fittings are either of ‘Jaquar’ or ‘Cera’. The Colony is surrounded by boundary wall from all sides with 24 hours security system through CCTV camera at all required places. Colony has 2.5 lakh ltr. Overhead water tank to ensure that every house gets 24 hours water supply. Also every individual house has separate water tank at terrace of 500 Ltr., separate underground water tank of 5000 Ltr. and personal Septic Tank. Apart from this to store and supply of proposed “Chambal Water” we had also made an underground water tank of 5 lacs Ltr. Capacity. Here, we have also provided our customers with an option to get the Interior done by us which includes – paint/texture/wallpaper/stencils on walls, curtains, Teal Wood furniture at a very reasonable price. This is being done by Sharda Group’s Sister concern “AKRITI”.

For the 1st time in Bhilwara, for electricity we have used underground cabling system with connection to each house with separate meter. Colony has approach road of 80’ and 60’ and roads in colony are of 30’ and 40’. Colony has CC Road, LED Street light, Temple, Primary school and Gardens.

Now Sharda Evergreen Park has 5 Phases which are as under:-

3. In the 3rd phase 95 Villas : Sold & Partially Delivered
4. In the 4th phase 48 Villas for that we will start booking in year 2021.
5. In the 5th phase which may start in 2021/2022 - 525 flats on affordable price.

So, by the end of construction in Sharda Evergreen Park a total of 392 Villas & 525 Flats for residential & 65 shops & one commercial complex (20,400 sq.ft.) will be made. We have successfully completed the first phase of 179 houses in the record time of 24 months that was in March 2016 with all the facilities. Further we have maintained our speed for completion. By the end on 2017-18 we had further delivered 119 Houses. Looking at the recession in the Real Estate Sector all over India, Sharda Evergreen Park has remained unaffected due to its good quality construction and prime location, which is only 3.6 K.M. away from Railway Station.

In recent development, work has being on completion of 200ft Ring Road to which our township is directly connected. On this ring road 90% of the road is complete and final over bridge work is in progress. On completion of this over bridge connectivity from our township will be best in town. This route will enable direct connectivity with the National Highway and residents will be able to avoid daily city traffic. This will also shoot up the land rates in the area because bhilwara had witnessed the same situation 10 years back when a over bridge was built highway and Shastri nagar, resulting in price increase of 3 to 4 times.

Over a period of 6 years we have sold 292 houses, delivered 270 houses & 32 houses are under construction.
